- A personality you would like added, described in a few sentences
- Something that looks wrong on your device, with the browser you used
- Feedback on a conversation that went unusually well or unusually badly
- Press, partnership and collaboration enquiries
Response times
Most replies go out within two working days. Requests that need a new character written take longer, because writing a personality properly is slower than answering an email. Nothing is ignored.
